Tok Tak Plug Plays Music

The Tok Tak is certainly one of the most basic and smallest MP3 player concepts we’ve seen. The entire device looks like a standard audio jack; in fact that’s pretty much what it is. The plug dangles from your earphones when used on the go. People might mistake you for crazy walking around with what looks like ear buds attached to nothing but they’d be wrong.

The Tok Tak also comes with a base station in which you can plug it in to recharge, upload new music, and act as a joystick controller to listen to your turns externally. Designer: Tae-wan Kim

Hands-free Tie, Classy

Tired of hearing people say, “do you have me on speakerphone?” or how about “why is it echoing?” Avid hands-free headset users know the drill and no matter how sensitive the mic is, truth is the ear is just a tad too far away from the mouth.

The Tie Up concept is a solve to that problem by placing the mic right below your mouth. Slide it up the lanyard to answer and conversely slide down to hang up.

Earpiece Bluetooth Motorola H690, the update of the H680

This new earpiece Motorola H690 is new, but based without place to doubt on design and technology of the brother greater Motorola H12, but in fact it is an update of the previous H680 model.

This earpiece has a battery of 5 hours and average, with bidirectional microphone and the system of cleaning of atmospheric noise, something that would have to improve as it listens to you another person but that no matter how much they never make an effort gives the results that one wants (the total cancellation of the atmospheric noise, this clear one).

Ear-phones not like the others

Toplay Earphones have the characteristic not to enter the music channel to the manner of will or the ear-phones buttons.

In fact they are due to your lobe ear thanks to a magnetic clip and get to you the sound via a tube directed to inside the ear, level insulation is not the signal but level safety in urban environment is.

Delivering frequencies of 20-20kHz are considering their opening in the external world, the auriculars can go their way to 40$.

Touchscreen Phone. New!

Check out this concept mobile phone called the Mooon+. One too many “o’s” in there but I appreciate the clean design. It’s got that big gorgeous touchscreen, sleek design, sexy metal accents, and a digital camera. So what’s the big deal right? The mouth piece detaches and turns into a bluetooth headset. Ooh snap, I love it!

Text from the designer: an innovative communication device which has separable bluetooth headset equipped, and also able to attach the headset to the phone when it’s not in use, simultaneously charging itself. Designer Sunman Kwon.

Music Light

The Music Light isn’t the first light show device generated by measuring certain frequencies of sound. In fact there are already a few on the market. This one takes it one step further because sound can be visualized in a way no current product on the market can do. Instead of just flashing, you can see pulses of light move up and down the cords, pulsating, rippling, shifting colors even.

I personally think it doesn’t do much for the wearer since I’m hard pressed to ever stare at my cord, but for passer-bys I’m sure will bring up nostalgic feelings of dark club scenes with laser shows and glow sticks. Designer: Terence Woon

A upgrade for the spearhead of will intra-auricular Denon

It’s during the current of last week that Denon announced the replacement of its intra-auricular range top-of-the-range that is the AH-C700.

It’s the AH-C751 which comes to replace them. With the menu of the changes, a body always out of aluminium, available in black or silver plated, slightly smaller than his/her big brother, as well as the low ones regulated so as to gain a little more heat for a richer sonority compared to last grinding.

For roughly 200 EUR, they will be delivered with 3 pairs and an extension of 0,8m which carries the totality of the cable to 1,2m.

Concerning the technical data one is in presence of 16 ohms with a sensitivity of 104dB and a frequency response going from 12Hz to 24KHz.

Audio helmet Bose QuietComfort 3

As much I find the helmets intra-auricular practise when one wants to listen to music strolls some, as much I think that a traditional helmet is much more comfortable for a listening in interior or when one travels by the train or the plane.

I thus sought a helmet of quality, light, comfortable, not too cumbersome and with a system of reduction of noise for transport. After long hesitations because of the price, I decided for a helmet Bose QuietComfort 3 which showed all the characteristics that I sought seemingly, and who was recommended by several specialized sites.

Contents of the box
Bose QC3 is delivered with a complete package: the helmet, the removable audio cable, a extension, two batteries, a very compact charger with the various international electrical connectors (of which the catch européennne and the US catch in double), an audio adapter for the catches jack of the planes, an adapter jack 6,35 mm and a compact trés transport case allowing all to carry.

The completion of the unit is really excellent, and quite higher than the helmets than I could have précédement (Sennheiser PX200, Koss PortaPro, etc). One is clearly in the presence of a compact helmet of luxury.
